In addition to regular classes, I also offer a variety of specialist classes in the form of masterclasses, Pilates clinics, workshops and retreats.

These sessions are ideal if you:

Online weights classes to start your week strong

Date: Every Monday 8am-8.25am

Location: Online

Price: £6 per class

The UK Government recommend adults do resistance activities at least twice a week. These focussed 20-minute challenging Pilates classes are weights-based and will target all the major muscle groups.

Joining this class regularly will help you to build muscle mass, strength and resilience, increase bone density, enhance mental health, decrease physical discomfort, and reverse frailty.

‘Heal your sole’ - Foot masterclass
